Meet Our Coaches
Ayca GRÜSSHABER, Msc, ACC
Ayca brings over 20 years of HR corporate experience, specializing in Transformation and Change, Learning, and Team Effectiveness. With a proven track record in global roles, she has successfully led teams in matrix organizations, provided consulting and coaching to executives and managers facing complex transformation.
Ayca holds a Master's degree in Strategy, Leadership, and Management from Michigan State University and is an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Gila SERITCIOGLU, Ma, MCC
Gila combines 30 years of experience in developing human potential and leadership performance. As a Gestalt and somatic coach, consultant, expressive arts therapist, educator, trainer, and author, she works internationally with senior leaders, executive teams, individuals, and groups.
She holds a master’s degree in Educational Sciences and is a Master Certified Coach (MCC). She is also the co-founder of the Gestalt Center for Coaching.
